At 7th Heaven Stays, our commitment is to deliver unforgettable luxury experiences in exclusive locations. To maintain the quality and consistency of our service, we’ve adopted a clear and firm cancellation and payment policy.

Payment Schedule

• 100% of the total reservation cost is due at the time of booking.

• Your reservation is confirmed once full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our exclusive offerings and limited availability, we are unable to offer refunds for any cancellations, regardless of the reason. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your trip.

Security Deposit

A pre-authorization of $100 will be placed on your card on the day of arrival and released after departure, pending inspection of the property.

Quote Expiry

All quotes are valid for 48 hours from the time of issuance. Prices and availability are subject to change after this window.
